    • This Saturday, February 3 is Big Day Out eve, so head on down to the Rosemount Hotel to catch Capital City joining forces with Sea of Tunes, a Beach Boys tribute band featuring members of The Bank Holidays, The Burton Cool Suit, Institut Polaire, Russian Winters and more. Mink Mussel Creek and Abbe May will also be in attendance, as will DJ Caveman spinning some tunes in the Garden Bar. Doors open 7pm for this one, entry only $5 - be early!

    • Thanks to all who rang in the New Year with Capital City and a host of others at the Rosemount Hotel. Catch them in their only January show next Sunday at the Newport Hotel for a killer bill that sees the City joined by Mach Pelican (launching their new single), Mink Mussel Creek, Sex Panther and The Kuillotines. Doors open 6pm and tickets are $12 + BF from The Newport, 78s, Planet Video, Mills & BOCS outlets or $15 at the door. This will be a ripper!

    • Capital City will be hitting the Rosemount for launch of the new "So Cold" single from The Volcanics on Friday, December 22 along with The M-16s and Apache Rose Peacock. Doors open 8pm, tickets $10 at the door. And then, clear your New Years Eve plans and head to the Rosemount - Capital City will be part of this years annual Rosemount Hotel New Years Eve Fiesta, along with The Panda Band, The Bank Holidays and more.     • Currently putting the final touches to their debut album, Capital City perform their only November show on Saturday, November 11 at Mojos Bar supporting Johnny Casino and the Secrets. Get there early for a kickass show also featuring The Slim Pickins and The Painkillers. Doors open 8pm, tickets are $10 at the door.

    • Capital City support Spencer P. Jones and the Escape Committee at two shows at the end of October. This is the first time in many years that Spencer (Beasts of Bourbon, The Johnnys, The Gun Club, among other claims to fame) has been in Perth fronting a band - these shows should not be missed! Catch the pair on Friday, October 27 at the Hydey (+ The Painkillers) and Saturday, October 28 at Norfolk Basement (+ Abbe Fuzz).
